The
VLMEDIAONE Online Indicator is easy to use.
There isn't a long learning curve or any
need to spend hours training your staff
on how to use the system. After you
have signed up for the system and have have
your user names and passwords, all you need
to do is go to our system link and have
your entertainer enter their user name and
password that YOU have assigned to that
entertainer.

This
is what your entertainer will see after
logging in to the system.

If
this entertainer wants to make it so she
is not available, she would just click 'Off'
to change her status... her new status will
be reflected on your website...

|
If
this entertainer would like to set her status
as 'On A Call' she would simply click edit...
|
|
|
|
|
|
A
new window will open...
|
|
|
|
|
|
The
entertainer uses the drop down menu to set
herself as 'On Call' and then clicks 'edit'
once more...
|
|
|
|
|
|
After
clicking edit, the system returns with the
new status...
|
|
|
|
|
|
And
then... once she is off a call or is returning
from being away... and would like to set
herself as available again, she would simply
click 'On'
|
|
|
|
|
|
As
a Manager or Administrator, you can set
a fourth status that your entertainers cannot
change... in case someone goes on vacation
or will be away for an extended period of
time... the fourth status would be changed
from the admin panel that has a unique user
name and password that should only be given
to Managers or Administrators... By setting
the system to 'busy' or in some systems
as 'on vacation' the fourth status
will be displayed on your site...

As
a Manager or Administrator, you will also
be able to change an entertainers name
spelling...
|

the entertainers password...

Or
which of your uploaded image types you would
like displayed on your website... [In other
words, you can choose a graphic that fits
the look of your site so that if you own
more than one domain, your graphics can
match the look of your sites as needed]
